NCT ID NCT06820970

First seen Apr 16, 2026 · Last updated May 24, 2026 · Updated 7 times

Summary

This study tests whether a daily arm-cuff treatment (remote ischemic conditioning) plus mindfulness exercises can lower the risk of heart attacks, heart failure, and chest pain in 2,000 adults with coronary artery disease that wasn't fully fixed. Participants must have at least one severely blocked artery and symptoms like chest pain. The goal is to see if this drug-free combo helps control the disease and prevent serious heart events.
