Summary

This study looked at whether taking creatine and L-arginine together, just once, can improve short bursts of exercise and mental reaction time in healthy, active men. Eighteen men tried each supplement alone, together, or a placebo in random order. Results measured sprint power, jump height, and reaction speed on a color-word test.
