Creatine supplement trial aims to reverse Age-Related muscle decline
NCT ID NCT07285226
First seen Jun 27, 2026 · Last updated Jun 27, 2026
Summary
This study tests whether taking creatine HCl daily for 12 weeks can improve muscle strength, body composition, and brain function in adults over 60 with sarcopenia (age-related muscle loss). Researchers will measure handgrip strength, fitness, and blood markers. The goal is to see if this simple supplement can help manage sarcopenia and improve quality of life.
