This study looks at whether taking creatine for just seven days can improve speed, jumping power, and leg strength in semi-professional football players. Twenty players aged 18-45 will take creatine pills and do sprint, jump, and leg press tests before and after. The goal is to see if this common supplement gives a real edge on the field.
