First seen Sep 30, 2025 · Last updated May 23, 2026 · Updated 23 times

Summary

This study tests whether two heart medications (empagliflozin and ranolazine) can help people with pulmonary hypertension and right heart failure. About 30 adults will receive either standard care alone or standard care plus one of the drugs. The main goal is to see if a larger study is possible by checking how many people join and complete the 16-week program.
