Gentle touch therapy tested to ease breast cancer recovery
NCT ID NCT04319510
Summary
This study tested whether craniosacral therapy, a gentle hands-on treatment, could help improve quality of life for women who had completed breast cancer treatment. Researchers compared two approaches: one-on-one therapy sessions and group training in self-help techniques, against a waitlist group. The goal was to see if these methods could reduce fatigue, anxiety, sleep problems, and other challenges common after cancer treatment.
