Gentle touch therapy tested to ease life after breast cancer
NCT ID NCT04319510
Summary
This study tested whether a gentle, hands-on therapy called Craniosacral Therapy (CST) could improve quality of life for women who had finished curative treatment for breast cancer. It involved 102 women and compared two approaches: one-on-one CST sessions and group training in CST self-help techniques, both against a waitlist group. The main goal was to see if these therapies could reduce fatigue, anxiety, sleep problems, and other symptoms to help survivors feel better.
