Can a berry a day keep Crohn's flares away?

NCT ID NCT07170462

Summary

This study is testing whether a daily cranberry supplement can improve gut health for people with Crohn's disease. Fifty adults with Crohn's will take either the cranberry powder or a placebo pill for 10 weeks while researchers track their gut bacteria, inflammation, and symptoms. The goal is to see if this dietary approach can help rebalance the gut and better control the disease alongside standard medications.
