Summary
This study is testing whether a daily cranberry supplement can help improve gut health for people with Crohn's disease. Researchers want to see if the supplement can help balance gut bacteria and reduce inflammation. Over 10 weeks, 50 adults with Crohn's will take either the cranberry supplement or a placebo pill, while providing blood, urine, and stool samples to track changes.
