First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 23, 2026 · Updated 34 times
Summary
This study tests whether using a baby shampoo nasal wash and Listerine mouth gargle for 4 days can lower the amount of COVID-19 virus in the nose and throat of recently infected adults aged 18-65. Participants are randomly assigned to different wash combinations, and their virus levels are measured daily. The goal is to find a safe, easy way to reduce viral load and possibly limit spread.
