NCT ID NCT07433257

First seen Feb 25, 2026 · Last updated May 24, 2026 · Updated 10 times

Summary

This study will follow 60 people with mild-to-moderate carpal tunnel syndrome, half with type 2 diabetes and half without, to see how well a corticosteroid injection relieves symptoms. Researchers will measure pain, hand function, nerve signals, and ultrasound images before treatment and at 4 and 12 weeks after. The goal is to understand if diabetes affects recovery from this common injection therapy.
