Summary
This study tests a small device called a Coronary Sinus Reducer in 35 adults with a specific type of heart failure (HFpEF) and small blood vessel problems. The device is placed in a heart vein to help lower pressure inside the heart during exercise. Researchers will measure changes in heart pressure and how patients feel and function.
