Summary

This study tests a small device placed in a heart vein to lower pressure inside the heart during exercise. It is for people with heart failure with preserved ejection fraction (HFpEF) and microvascular dysfunction. The study will enroll 35 adults at Mayo Clinic to see if the device improves symptoms and quality of life.
