Summary

This study tests a new mapping system (CoreMap) that helps doctors find and treat the source of persistent atrial fibrillation (AFib) during a standard ablation procedure. About 245 adults with persistent AFib will take part. The main goals are to check safety and see if the system helps keep the heart in normal rhythm for 12 months after treatment.
