NCT ID NCT06606288
First seen May 02, 2026 · Last updated May 22, 2026 · Updated 4 times
Summary
This study looks at real-world data from 6,000 heart failure patients to compare two types of heart pacing: a newer method called conduction system pacing (CSP) and the standard biventricular pacing (BVP). The goal is to see if CSP is as safe and effective as BVP in reducing complications and hospitalizations. Participants are Medicare beneficiaries who already have a pacemaker.
