This study tested whether a daily cordyceps militaris supplement can improve exercise endurance, cardiovascular fitness, mood, and recovery in healthy active adults aged 20 to 50. Over several weeks, 32 participants either took the supplement or a placebo and completed cycling tests. Researchers measured time to exhaustion, oxygen use, gut comfort, mood, and stress markers to see if the supplement made a difference.
