Summary

This study looked at whether taking a cordyceps militaris supplement helps healthy, active adults exercise longer, improve heart and lung fitness, feel better during recovery, and have fewer stomach issues. Thirty-two people took either the supplement or a placebo for a period of time. The results will show if this mushroom can be a helpful addition to a fitness routine.
