Summary

This study tests whether personalized home-based coaching can help people with COPD better manage their symptoms and avoid hospital visits. Researchers will enroll 300 adults from diverse backgrounds in New York City. Participants will receive support from health coaches, including help with medications, breathing exercises, and early treatment for flare-ups. The goal is to improve quality of life and reduce emergency care.
