Summary
This study is developing and testing a program that combines physical activity coaching with mental health support for veterans who have COPD, depression, or anxiety. The goal is to see if the program is practical and helpful for improving daily function and mood. About 45 veterans will take part through video visits, making it easier for those who have trouble getting to a hospital.
