Summary
This study tests a cooking and nutrition education program designed to help people in Southern New Mexico eat healthier and lower their risk of cancer. Participants attend weekly hands-on cooking classes for six weeks to learn practical skills for preparing nutritious meals. The goal is to see if this community-focused approach can improve diet quality and knowledge about foods that may help prevent cancer and other chronic diseases.
