Summary
This study looks at whether chronic constipation is connected to problems in the sacroiliac joint (where the spine meets the pelvis). Researchers will test 200 adults with long-term constipation using special therapies like electrical stimulation and cupping to see if improving joint function also helps bowel movements. The goal is to understand the relationship, not to cure constipation.
