First seen Feb 19, 2026 · Last updated Apr 28, 2026 · Updated 9 times
Summary
This study looked at whether a special exam called Mechanical Diagnosis and Therapy (MDT) could help group people with concussions based on how they respond to certain movements. Researchers wanted to see if some people had a 'directional preference' that could guide treatment. The study was stopped early and included only 13 participants aged 13 to 65 with neck pain, headache, or dizziness after a concussion.
