First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 18, 2026 · Updated 25 times
Summary
This study tests whether custom-made or doctor-modified grafts can safely treat complex aortic aneurysms in people who cannot use standard devices or have high surgical risk. It includes 600 participants with aneurysms in the abdomen, chest, or aortic arch, as well as those with connective tissue disorders like Marfan syndrome. The main goal is to see if the grafts prevent complications like leaks, migration, or rupture within a year.
