Summary

This study looks at whether custom-made or doctor-modified grafts are safe and effective for people with complex aortic aneurysms who cannot use standard grafts. It includes 600 participants with aneurysms too large or fast-growing for regular treatment, or who have connective tissue diseases like Marfan syndrome. The goal is to see if these grafts prevent rupture and other serious problems within a year.
