Summary
This study tests two different nasal sprays—dexmedetomidine and ketamine—to see which one works better at calming children before surgery. About 60 children aged 2 to 6 will receive one of the sprays before their operation. The goal is to find a more effective and easier way to reduce anxiety and help kids separate from their parents smoothly.
