Summary
This study tests two different nasal sprays (dexmedetomidine and ketamine) to see which one works better at calming children aged 2-6 before surgery. The goal is to help kids feel less anxious and separate more easily from their parents. The study will enroll 60 children and measure sedation levels and side effects.
