First seen Feb 01, 2026 · Last updated May 23, 2026 · Updated 12 times
Summary
This study compares two procedures for removing small rectal neuroendocrine tumors (less than 1 cm). The goal is to see if a newer, modified snare technique is as effective as the standard method but faster and with fewer complications. About 118 adults with these tumors will take part. The results could lead to a simpler, cheaper treatment option.
