First seen Feb 28, 2026 · Last updated May 22, 2026 · Updated 13 times
Summary
This study tests whether a new drug, trastuzumab-rezetecan, works better than the current standard T-DXd for shrinking HER2-positive breast tumors before surgery. About 68 women with early or locally advanced breast cancer will receive one of the two drugs for 8 cycles, then have surgery to check if the cancer is gone. The goal is to see which drug leads to a higher rate of complete tumor disappearance.
