First seen Feb 05, 2026 · Last updated May 24, 2026 · Updated 11 times

Summary

This study compares three treatments for early-stage laryngeal cancer (voice box cancer): laser surgery, standard radiation, and a newer MRI-guided radiation. The goal is to see which approach best cures the cancer while preserving voice and swallowing function. About 105 adults with stage T1-T2 glottic cancer will be randomly assigned to one of the three treatments and followed for outcomes.
