Summary
This study compares three treatments for early-stage laryngeal cancer: laser surgery, standard radiation, and a newer MRI-guided radiation. The goal is to see which approach best cures the cancer while preserving voice and swallowing. About 105 adults with stage T1-T2 glottic cancer will be randomly assigned to one of the three treatments.
