Summary
This study looks at two standard methods of stitching the kidney artery during a living donor kidney transplant: interrupted sutures and continuous sutures. Researchers will review past cases and follow 70 new adult patients at Assiut University to see which technique leads to shorter cold time and better blood flow right after surgery. The goal is to find out if one stitching pattern helps the kidney work better and reduces complications in the first three months.
