NCT ID NCT06900582
First seen Feb 20, 2026 · Last updated Apr 30, 2026 · Updated 10 times
Summary
This study compares two surgical approaches for people with early-stage, high-risk endometrial cancer that has a p53 gene mutation. Half of the 374 participants will receive the standard extensive lymph node removal, while the other half will get a less invasive sentinel node biopsy. The goal is to see if the simpler procedure can control the cancer just as well, with fewer side effects and better quality of life.
