Summary
This study compares three different surgical procedures for treating enlarged prostate (BPH) symptoms in men. Researchers will evaluate REZUM (water vapor therapy), HoLEP (laser surgery), and TUR-P (traditional resection) to see which works best for improving urinary symptoms and quality of life. The study aims to help doctors better advise patients about their surgical options for prostate enlargement.
