Summary
This study compares three different surgical procedures for treating enlarged prostate symptoms in men. Researchers will test water vapor therapy, laser surgery, and traditional resection surgery in 198 participants to see which works best. The goal is to help doctors better advise patients about treatment options by measuring symptom relief, quality of life, and sexual function improvements.
