First seen Feb 10, 2026 · Last updated May 23, 2026 · Updated 13 times
Summary
This study looks at whether a newer dental material (Bio-C Temp) can reduce pain after root canal retreatment better than the standard calcium hydroxide. About 60 adults needing retreatment on a single-root tooth will be randomly assigned to one of the two medicaments. They will report their pain levels and how many painkillers they take after the procedure. The goal is to help dentists choose the best option for patient comfort.
