Summary
This study compares two nerve block techniques for pain after breast cancer surgery (mastectomy). One block is placed under a chest muscle, the other combines both under and over the muscle. Researchers want to see which method better reduces pain and the need for opioid painkillers in the first 24 hours after surgery. The study will include 60 adults aged 18-80.
