Summary

This study looked at kidney transplant patients taking either a once-daily or twice-daily version of the anti-rejection drug tacrolimus. The goal was to see if the once-daily pill led to fewer side effects, better medication adherence, and improved quality of life. 261 adults who had a kidney transplant participated in this phase 4 trial.
