Summary
This study aims to find the best way to manage pain after open-heart surgery. Researchers will compare two different nerve-blocking techniques, performed with ultrasound guidance, in 50 patients. The goal is to see which method provides better pain control with less need for strong opioid painkillers, helping patients recover more comfortably.
