Summary

This study watches how two different drug combinations work in people with advanced non-small cell lung cancer that has spread. It includes 400 adults whose tumors have low levels of a protein called PD-L1. The goal is to see which treatment helps people live longer and feel better, without assigning anyone to a specific therapy.
