Summary
This study compares two different eye injection medicines (aflibercept and bevacizumab) for treating diabetic macular edema, a common cause of vision loss in people with diabetes. Researchers will give 116 participants monthly injections for two months to see which medicine works better at improving vision and reducing retinal swelling. The goal is to determine which treatment provides greater vision improvement for people with this diabetes complication.
