Summary
This study compared two types of nerve blocks (ESPB and Rhomboid block) to see which one works better for pain after lung surgery. 76 adults having lung surgery with a small camera (VATS) were randomly assigned to receive one of the blocks. The researchers measured pain levels, how much pain medicine was needed, and any complications.
