Summary
This study compared survival and other health outcomes in 416 adults with end-stage kidney disease who were randomly assigned to receive either peritoneal dialysis or hemodialysis in China. The goal was to see which type of dialysis might lead to better survival, fewer complications, and improved quality of life. The study was terminated early, so results are limited.
