Summary
This study aims to find out which of two powerful cholesterol-lowering drug combinations is better for people who have had a heart stent placed. Researchers will compare how well patients tolerate each combination and how effectively they keep 'bad' cholesterol at a very low target level. The goal is to help prevent future heart attacks or strokes in these high-risk patients.
