Heart stent patients test which powerful cholesterol combo they can stick with
NCT ID NCT05910476
Summary
This study compares two powerful combinations of cholesterol-lowering drugs for people who have had a heart stent placed. Researchers want to see which combination helps more patients keep their 'bad' cholesterol very low and which one causes fewer side effects, so patients are more likely to keep taking it long-term. The goal is to find the best treatment to help prevent future heart problems.
