Summary
This study compares two methods of removing deep cavities in teeth with reversible pulpitis (early nerve irritation) to see which better preserves tooth health. About 144 adults aged 18-40 with deep cavities will be randomly assigned to total or selective caries removal. Researchers will check for pain, nerve vitality, and signs of infection over 12 months, and also examine extracted teeth under a microscope.
