Summary
This study compares four different biologic treatments (infliximab, filgotinib, vedolizumab, and ustekinumab) as first-line therapies for people with moderate to severe ulcerative colitis. The goal is to see which treatment order works best to keep patients in remission and improve quality of life. About 240 adults aged 18 to 65 will be followed for two years with regular check-ups, blood and stool tests, and endoscopies.
