Summary
This study looks at two ways to prevent blood clots during dialysis in people with end-stage kidney disease. Twenty adults will try both methods—one using standard heparin and the other using a citrate-based approach—to see which causes less inflammation and removes waste better. The goal is to find the safest and most effective option for routine dialysis care.
