NCT ID NCT06867068
First seen Apr 03, 2026 · Last updated May 23, 2026 · Updated 7 times
Summary
This pilot study tested two different IV drug combinations used during wisdom tooth extraction in 73 people. One mix included ketamine, the other used propofol instead. Researchers measured how quickly patients recovered, how satisfied they and their surgeons were, and whether they remembered the procedure. The results will help design a larger, more definitive study.
