First seen Nov 19, 2025 · Last updated May 22, 2026 · Updated 20 times

Summary

This study compares four different drug combinations for adults newly diagnosed with acute myeloid leukemia (AML) who are not healthy enough for strong chemotherapy or choose not to have it. About 172 participants will be randomly assigned to one of four groups to see which combination works best and has the fewest side effects. The goal is to improve how long people live without their cancer coming back.
