Summary
This study tests whether a community-based program can improve well-being and reduce loneliness in adults aged 55 and older who have mild depression symptoms. About 300 participants will either join an 8-week program with well-being sessions and a health companion, or receive usual community talks. The goal is to see if the program helps people feel better mentally and emotionally.
